What I Ate Wednesday: Indulgences, Lessons Learned and Simple Sweat Solutions


Food, glorious food. Yesterday morning I had the delight of attending the launch of Vidergize, an amazing new wellness video platform that doesn’t just focus on sweating when looking at health but also considering occupational wellness, mental wellness and relationship wellness. All of the video content can be RENTED so there’s minimal commitment and you’ll never have another fitness DVD collecting dust.


Anyway, while at this event I became famished and decided to have not one but TWO croissants that were provided. It was the first time eating gluten in over a month and YIKES!! Within twenty minutes of eating the croissants I was irritated and had a KILLER HEADACHE! It was THE WORST. Lesson learned: gluten is not a friend of my body. Needless to say for the rest of the day I consumed clean eats and made sure to walk lots to not let my day to be stalled by that stupid gluten slip-up.

AND since we’re talking fitness, here’s my solution to slipping in a really quick workout when you don’t have time or energy to make it to the gym:
