I moved! EEEK. Yes, I’ve temporarily left the island life for Vancouver. For the next month I have the privilege of living with my favorite people: my brother and sister-in-law. These two are the most welcoming, interesting and laid back couple I know. Anyway, I wanted to share in the goodness by giving you my newest smoothie recipe that’s detoxifying, energizing and balancing.
Balanced Sunshine Smoothie
One scoop vanilla protein
Small Head of romaine lettuce
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup almond or coconut milk
Optional: a few squirts of stevia
Refreshing. Hydrating. Yummy.
